Still can't get scrobbling working (e.g. from spotify to lastfm)?

1. If these steps:

• set up scrobbling on lastFM website;
• revoke access in spotify account; 
• ...

still don't work

2. please write in this thread:

• your lastfm username and
• additional details, e.g.
• which spotify app do you use? (e.g. desktop, mobile or web app)
• is it the newest version? please check/give your spotify app version
• since when can't you scrobble (send your song info) anymore?
• do you pay for Spotify, or are you a free user? e.g. currently mobile users can't scrobble when they don't pay
• which steps did you try o far to fix this problem? 
• observations: e.g. not scrobbling from desktop app, but it's working from the web player?
